Where’s my order?

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once an order has shipped. You can also email our representatives at online@reddragonapparel.com for any tracking inquiries. If you have an account, you can log into Your Account and view all of your order history and tracking information.

 

What if I order the wrong size or color?

To exchange any product, please visit our Returns Page within 30 days of original purchase and fill out your order details. Sizes and colors among brands often vary; that being said, we want your item to fit and look the way you expect it to. Goods must be returned to us unworn, with all original tagging intact and attached, and with the Return Authorization number marked on the parcel.

*No exchanges or returns on underwear or bikinis.

 

What if I receive the wrong size?

While we pride ourselves on fulfilling your order in a correct and timely manner, we are only human.  Please take a photo of the wrong item and email it to online@reddragonapparel.com with your order number. Our representative will contact you quickly and provide you with the instructions and information needed to resolve the issue.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued on returns as soon as they are received back in our warehouse. For unavailable items, refunds are issued back onto the original method of payment at the time of order processing. Please note: depending on your credit card company or financial institution, refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

 

Why is my order being declined?

Please enter the billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This includes the billing name and address formatting. If you continue to have issues, please contact your financial institution. Payment attempts with incorrect billing information will be put through as an authorization which places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed.

 

How long will it take to get my item?

Once we receive your online order, it is picked the same day at our on-site warehouse. Following picking and packing estimated shipping times are:

 British Columbia 2-3 business days
Alberta, Saskatchewan 3-4 business days
Manitoba 4-5 business days
Rest of Canada 5-6 business days
United States 7-8 business days
International 1-4 weeks


Orders addressed to PO boxes will be shipped via Canada Post and may experience an additional day of shipping.
