RETURNS & WARRANTIES

We stand behind our product!  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packing.  Please ensure all original tagging is intact and attached, and use the Return Shipping Label provided to send back the item in question.   

For hygienic reasons we will not exchange underwear, boxers or swimsuits. 

Defective items will either be replaced, or refunded following evaluation by the Customer Service team.  For avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing defect.  Items damaged through general wear and tear or failure to follow washing instructions are not classified as defective.  Defective items can be returned within twelve (12) months for a credit voucher or full refund. 

                 

1. Place the return form included with your original shipment in a box along with the products being returned.

 

2. Attach the included return label to the box.

3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location
