RETURNS & WARRANTIES

We stand behind our product! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packing. Please ensure all original tagging is intact and attached, and use the Return Shipping Label provided to send back the item in question.

For hygienic reasons we will not accept returns on boxers or boardshorts.

1. Place the return form included with your original shipment in a box along with the products being returned.

2. Attach the included return label to the box.

3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location

Defective items can be refunded following evaluation by the Customer Service team within twelve (12) months of purchase. Items damaged through general wear and tear or failure to follow washing instructions are not classified as defective. For prompt refund consideration, please email clear pictures of the defective product to online@reddragonapparel.com along with your name and order number.
